Daily Personal Care & Support

Day-to-day living can be challenging for participants with disabilities.

We assist them in their activities whilst also giving them room to grow and thrive as individuals.

Outreach Support

Supported living staff will communicate with family, employers, educators and activity providers to provide personalized packages of activities that appeal to them. Our team will support them with:

  • Travel and transport arrangements to their activities, visiting family, friends, outings and trips and holidays

 

  • Innovative Community participation – connecting with enriching programs in the community, making new friends, developing new hobbies, having fun, all while developing independence and social skills
